The Spell Of an Unspoken Promise
Vinklárková, Tereza ; Vráblíková,, Lenka (referee) ; Smutná, Martina Drozd (advisor)
The Spell Of The Unspoken Promise reflects a lack of presentation, a critical approach and insight into psychosomatic problems in the art education and society based on a capitalist economic system. It touches the issue of abuse of power in the non-hierarchical relationship in the institutional environment of art education, but also on a personal level. It records a gradual return to listening to own body and chronologically reveals events that had a direct effect on its impaired condition. To what extent and in what way does the body box reflects traumas, emotional experiences and fears? Through video essay, elements of poetic narration and textile objects, the work opens up a deeply sensitive subject reflecting the mechanical processes of the body. There are also overlaps with elements of holistic medicine and healing.

Bezecný, Vít ; Stackeová, Daniela (advisor) ; Oplatková, Lenka (referee)
The thesis deals with the physiotherapeutic view of the post-covid syndrome and the psychosomatic approach to it. It is based on theoretical studies dealing with the connection between the psychological and somatic aspects of this disease and the extent of its influence on the patient's psychological and physical condition. On the basis of diagnostic tests of postural and respiratory functions, a 6-minute walk test and structured questionnaires (PHQ-9, PHQ-15, CAT and FAS) investigating the subjective feelings of the patient, such as experiencing illness, stress, fear and depression, it establishes possible physiotherapeutic interventions for the treatment of patients with post-covid syndrome. The work in the practical part presents a detailed proposal for a rehabilitation plan for patients with post-covid syndrome, based on the correction of the postural system, physiotherapy using the respiratory and postural functions of the diaphragm, respiratory physiotherapy and overall improvement of physical condition. Its effect is presented in the form of two case studies. Standardized questionnaires show an improvement in the physical and psychological condition of both patients. The results also show that in both cases there was an increase in breathing amplitude, up to 5 cm. The positive impact of the...

Within the secondary objective, potential correlations between these parameters and psychological state were described and the effect of physiotherapy on improvement of all parameters was shown. Methods: The practical part of this work involved 10 probands with depressive disorder. For probands, the parameters were measured in a total of 5 sessions. The parameters of the respiratory amplitude were recorded by the tailor's meter, the postural deviation from...
The influence of divorce on adolescent psychosomatics from a perspective of social workers.
LAURENČÍKOVÁ, Štěpánka
The bachelor's thesis deals with the influence of divorces on adolescent psychosomatics from the perspective of a social worker. Its main goal is to investigate the impact of divorce on adolescent psychosomatics from the perspective of a social worker. In accordance with the goal, two main research questions were stated as following: What is the influence of a divorce on adolescent psychosomatics? What techniques and methodologies are applied by child protection service workers while discovering the psychosomatic symptomps on adolescents? The theoretical part is aimed at family, divorce, adolescent psychosomatics and its prevention. This part also includes social work with a divorcing family, methods and techniques applied by social workers and the general information on child protection services and the Authority of Social and Legal Protection of Children. The empirical part describes the methodology, provides the answers of interviewees and summarizes the outputs of the analyzed data. The quantitative research method called snow ball was chosen to guarantee the appropriate selection of interviewees. The interviewed group consists of nine subjects employed at the child protection services. As gathering research methods, a semi-structured interview and a survey were implemented. An open coding method was used to conclude the results of the research. This research shows that divorce has an impact on adolescent psychosomatics from the perspective of social workers. The social workers are familiar with these problematics and apply the methods of social working with individuals and families. The most commonly applied methods are guided or semi-structural interviews during which the clients are provided with supervision or addressed to contact professional help.
Influence of NITROX breathing mixture on psychosomatic conditions of diver, its preparation and usage in FRS CR conditions
KARVÁNEK, Jakub
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to assess the effect of the NITROX breathing mixture on the diver's psychosomatic state in comparison with air. In an effort to increase safety and facilitate very physically and mentally demanding interventions, divers have the opportunity to use the NITROX breathing mixture (NITrogen - nitrogen and OXygen - oxygen), where oxygen is represented by more than 21%, unlike ordinary air. A frequently cited benefit is less physical fatigue after a dive with this mixture. One of the tasks of this thesis is therefore to confirm or refute the following hypothesis: "NITROX breathing mixture has a positive effect on the psychosomatic state of the diver, who is less subjectively physically and mentally tired after a dive with this mixture." Another task is to evaluate the preparation of the NITROX mixture and its use in interventions by diving groups of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. To obtain the results, a questionnaire survey was used, in which divers answered a set of questions concerning their subjective physical and mental condition after performing two independent dives. The dives differed only in the breathing mixture used, their profile was identical. The section relating to the preparation and use of this mixture was prepared on the basis of interviews with divers and leaders of diving groups. The results of the thesis show that after dives with the NITROX mixture, divers report slightly more positive subjective feelings regarding the physical condition. On the other hand, the results also showed that NITROX has a more negative effect on divers in terms of subjective mental state. The NITROX mixture is prepared mainly by the gas mixing method. During diving interventions it is primarily used as a decompression medium. The conclusions of this thesis did not confirm the assumed hypothesis. The recommendation for diving groups is therefore: (1) to continue to use the NITROX breathing mixture, especially as a decompression medium, and (2) to increase the frequency of separate dives with this mixture so that they are not so stressful for divers in the future.
